Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with Play-Asia.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. An account will be created once you've placed your first order online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.

Setting Your Currency and Language

Play-Asia.com allows you to view product prices in various currencies and view ordering help in your local language. You can adjust these settings at the bottom of each page on the website. Product prices will always be listed in US Dollars, a converted value will be displayed in your second currency selected (Euro, UK Pounds Sterling, Australian Dollars or Hong Kong Dollars). Your second currency will be for orientation purposes only, all credit cards will be billed in US Dollars.

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located on near the top-left corner of our page. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the top of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability and estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution center.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Play-Asia.com, click the "add to shopping cart" button on the item's product information page (or the small "add to cart" link that can be found on other product listing pages). Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now continue browsing for other products. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "my cart" icon at the top of every page on the website.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for all the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Logging In

If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password. To register as a new customer simply enter your e-mail address and the country where you are located. Further address details will need to be provided during the checkout process.

Select a Shipping Type

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We offer different shipping services suitable for different requirements. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price. All shipping types are registered and insured parcels.

Enter your shipping details

You can now enter your shipping address as well as some extra details. Also, you can set your password which will complete your customer registration. Your e-mail address and password combination is used for logging in when you return to Play-Asia.com another time.

Review your address details

Review and verify your address details carefully. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and is needs to be entered correctly. Your address details can be changed if any mistakes are found.

Select a payment method

Chose your preferred payment method. Play-Asia.com accepts the most common payment methods, such as payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union or Bank Transfer Payment.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "confirmation of order" button to submit your order. If you have selected the credit card payment method, you will be able to enter your card details. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will send you another e-mail when your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review the status of your order, please go to the "my account" tab located at the top of each page. You will find a complete summary of all ordered items as well as your shipping details. To learn more about "Your account", click here.
