The best official controller money can buy
I bought this controller during Play-Asia's 25% off Summer Sale, which made it cheaper than a high-end DJ Dao. I can't say I regretted this decision. The buttons and turntable are VERY responsive, an important thing to consider if you're starting to do the hardest songs in IIDX. Also, this controller is good for learning how to play on the arcade version of IIDX, which has almost the same dimensions.

If you're a serious IIDX player like me, this controller is well worth the money and then some.

The best as far as official controllers go
If you want the best official IIDX controller Konami has to offer, then look no further than this.

For those though who are looking for the closest to the arcade experience - complete with arcade perfect spacing and usb powered light-able keys -, you should consider buying a DJ Dao controller (google it to visit the site).

Amazing
I'll admit it was a bit pricey, but I was paying for quality, and indeed that is what I recieved.

The controller looks beautiful and the turntable is quite larger than the one that came with Beatmania.

When looking at the picture I was almost positive the silver around the keys and turntable were made of metal but in fact they are actually just stickers. But most importantly it works very well with great response and that's what really counts.

Worth every dollar
This ASC is amazing. Bigger then most Arcade televisions, it is sleek, inpressive and authentic. Each button has a microswtich in the key for non stick. The scratch is Arcade size and even has the replicated logos.

These things are just amazing, and a serious IIDX player should consider investing into one...or two.
