Item Description

Become the Master of Monsterkind!
Journey into a fantastical world on a quest for revenge in DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince.

Psaro is cursed and is unable to harm anything with monster blood. Now, he must become a Monster Wrangler to create an army for battle.

The hunt for high-ranked monsters takes Psaro through the ever-changing seasons of Nadiria and its unique environments, with rivers of bubbling lava, mysterious ancient ruins, and soaring towers of cake. Along the way, Psaro meets the kind-hearted elf, Rose, who joins his adventure to seek out ever-stronger monsters.

The key to Psaro's success lies with synthesis: the ability to combine two monsters and create a stronger offspring. Each new creation brings Psaro one step closer to his goal of becoming the Master of Monsterkind.

Unmetal - A great Metal Gear parody
Having previously purchased Unmetal when it was released for the PS Vita, I knew what to expect when I ordered the Switch copy. Unmetal plays a lot like the old top-down NES or GB Metal Gear games. While the action is solid (no pun intended) the story is very tongue-in-cheek. There is a LOT of cheesy dialogue. You play the role of Jesse Fox, and you are narrating this mission while also replaying the mission as he tells it, so the choices you make as the narrator can influence the challenges presented before you. Did you encounter a lone enemy or a pair? Did the enemy have two weapons or four? That is entirely up to you.

DQ Goodness
While the gameplay is different from the usual DQ games, the charm, aesthetic is all there. It's also a solid 'mon type of game too

For fans of the original Metal Gear games
This is a fun Metal Gear style game that injects humor into the story. If you have any positive memories of where the Metal Gear franchise started, you might like this game.

Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective
I never played the original on the DS but I can understand why it's so highly regarded now. The story and characters are incredibly interesting which really makes the game. It looks great and the music works quite well. The puzzles are creative though they can be frustrating at times to beat. If you're looking for a game with a great story then you should check this one out.
