honestly, i love it
i had never heard of this series until digital foundry published a tech analysis for the pc-version in 2021. the overall art direction & music stood out to me, along with it being the seventh title in a long-running taiwanese role-playing game series, a first for me! when ps5 pre-orders opened on playasia in mid-2022 i placed one. i've been playing since it arrived in the mail and honestly speaking this game is fantastic. i want to believe i have standards when it comes to rpgs -i love the greats: ultima, final fantasy, dragon quest, phantasy star, wasteland, megami tensei, the elder scrolls, chrono trigger, baldur’s gate, fallout, xenogears, planescape: torment, vagrant story, the witcher, mass effect- so when i say this game is fantastic i really mean it! if you love role-playing games you're gonna be hooked until the end!
